I have known Michelle through our local Buy Nothing Project group for a couple of years. When we were doing research to sell in the next couple of years I asked if she would come by and give me some input (not expecting to sell so quickly) but wanted to be prepared when we did so we could make changes along the way. When she walked through he house and gave me feedback I knew she would be the right person to sell when we were ready. Things happened with our jobs unexpectedly so we decided to go ahead and make the transition to another state. Between work & taking care of my grandmother I really had no time or energy to put into the house, but she made the process so easy for us and truly listened to our needs (going above and beyond with services) and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time even after the sale was complete. She went above and beyond with encouragement when I needed it and support when I just couldn't do anymore. I was able to trust the process and in Michelle 100% knowing she would protect our best interest. Our house was sold in record time considering the market. We left town before the buyers walk-thru so Michelle went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and any requests the buyer had just before closing Michelle took care of. She knows how to focus on the details of your home and see things that other realtors won't because they go off a script for houses they sell (we had another opinion and were given paint colors to paint the entire house with, which Michelle said was unnecessary saving us time and money!). I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, she truly loves helping people in the community and is great at giving you productive and honest feedback and not a "script". I certainly couldn't have gone through this process without Michelle by my side! I just can't thank her enough for everything she did for us, she is truly a blessing!

Josh was WONDERFUL! Throughout the whole process Josh was always readily available for us to set up time & dates to go see houses that my husband & I were extremely interested in. He had & has A LOT of patience when it came negotiations, when my husband & I were really keen on a home, that we now own, we told Josh to just "Go for it" when it came to have a few strategies set up to really negotiate on our behalf for the house. He gave us really sound advice when it came every home we viewed in the reality of how the houses were "as is." Which did help a lot to keep my husband & I grounded when it came to seeing a few "fixers" or the new "flashy" updated homes. We really enjoyed working with Josh for being our realtor with our move to the Tampa Bay Area. He was also very helpful with having great overall general knowledge of a lot of areas in Tampa, along with knowledge on traffic times/timing. He's a wonderful & overall GREAT asset for finding a great home in Tampa.
